September starts out with a bang with two big name releases in the first week with the zombie survival horror game Dead Island and the action RPG title Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine. This month has a few more releases than last month with nine notable releases hitting the PC, but some of these are titles that have been delayed from previous months. Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad and Sword of the Stars II: Lords of Winter may not have the biggest press but do have a fairly large fan base and could be hidden gems from this month.

In terms of game play Lonesome Road will increase the character potential max level by 5 and players will be allowed to keep existing equipment.
